We offer various subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits. Service availability and features may vary based on your subscription level and geographic location.

Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breaches. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use our platform to violate any laws, infringe on rights, or engage in harmful activities.

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals unless you cancel your subscription.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date gaming market data, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information. Our data is based on publicly available sources and proprietary modeling.

You acknowledge that mobile app store data can be volatile and subject to changes beyond our control. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our data and insights.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by TapTrend Radar and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform, but grant us a license to use, display, and analyze such content in connection with providing our services.

Service Availability and Maintenance

Termination and Suspension

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapTrend Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TapTrend Radar from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and these terms of service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against TapTrend Radar. This arbitration clause does not apply to claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. We will notify you of material changes through email or prominent notices on our platform.

Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription.
